ORDER

The matter was passed over.

          On the second call, none is present on behalf of the petitioner.

          Vide order 30.1.2009, petitioner was directed to complete the record by way of filing pleadings, evidence by way of affidavit and other documents, which were filed before State Commission/District Forum, if not already filed.  He was also directed to file English translation of the orders of the fora below.

          That order has not been complied with, till date.

          Since, nobody is appearing since morning, petition is hereby dismissed in default as well as for non-compliance of the order.
