Advocate Mr.Agnihotri is appearing for the appellant and has filed pursis that the order has been duly complied and the appellant wants to withdraw the appeal. Pursis is duly signed by the authorised person. As such pursis is read and recorded and appeal is disposed of as withdrawn.  Advocate Shri Agnihotri has submitted that the appellant has already complied with the order and so he may be permitted to withdraw the amount deposited during the course of appeal. Appellant is permitted to withdrawn the same as per law.
