Final Order / Judgement

Today is fixed for filing show cause by the complainant.

The MA being no. 03/2020 is not also moved by the OPs. OPs are absent without steps.

As such, the MA 03/2020 stands dismissed for being not moved.    

The complainant who was conspicuous absent for long and who is neglected to file show cause for his repeated non-appearance, is also absent today.

It seems to us that the complainant is no longer interested to proceed with the case and it is next to impossible for this Commission to run the case with prolonged absence of the complainant. We think that a dismissal order should be passed.

As such, the case be and the same is dismissed for default.
