Appellant is absent on calls.  Respondent Nos. 1 to 4 through Mr. S. K. Jhunjhunwala, the Ld. Advocate and Respondent No. 5 in person are present.  On the last occasion Appellant was absent on calls.  Accordingly by order dated 09.06.2011 Appellant was directed to show-cause by today as to why the appeal shall not be dismissed on the ground of default.  Today also none appears on behalf of the Appellant.  No cause has also been shown.  Furthermore, no accommodation has also been prayed for on behalf of the Appellant.  In these circumstances the appeal is dismissed on the ground of default.
