ORDER

Heard learned Counsel for the Petitioner and the learned Counsel for the Respondents.

An Affidavit has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner stating that the Respondent No. -1 Smt. Girija Nair has tendered her consent for full and final discharge of all dues and therefore the said settlement be taken on record and the Revision be disposed of accordingly. Learned Counsel for Respondents is also present.

Accordingly the affidavit is accepted on record and the Revision Petition stands disposed of with a direction that an amount of Rs.17,500/- shall be released to Smt. Girija Nair.

The Revision stands disposed off accordingly.
