Final Order / Judgement

Sh. Vijay Pal Tiwari, learned counsel for the applicants has moved an application dated 12.04.2019 for the release of Rs. 25,000/-, which was deposited by the applicants at the time of filing the appeal.

The appeal was allowed by this Commission vide order dated 11.03.2019 and the order dated 31.08.2013 passed by the District Forum was set aside.

Therefore, the amount deposited by the applicants be released in favour of the applicants.

The application stands disposed of accordingly.
