Today is fixed for submission of the report after registration of the Deed of Conveyance by the D.hr. D.hr side is found ready and has filed photocopy of Sale Deed dated 11/10/2023 wherefrom it appears that the flat in question has been duly registered and deed of execution and registration has been issued. Alongwith that Special Officer who was assigned for registration on behalf of this Commission has also filed a compliance report alongwith a copy of I.G.R.

D.hr filed an application stating that all the awards has duly been complied with full satisfaction and he prays for disposal of the instant execution case. Hence, it is accordingly,

that the execution case No.83/2019 be and the same is dropped with full satisfaction.
