Advocate Mrs.Rohila is present  for appellant and has filed an application for permission to withdraw the appeal. Appellant has contended that it was directed to pay Rs.10,000/- towards compensation and Rs.5,000/- towards cost of the proceedings and accordingly respondent has deposited the said amount on 06/12/2018 and 19/10/2018. In view of the same, appellant does not wish to pursue  the appeal. Respondent and advocate absent and they have no objection to withdrawal of the appeal. As such permission is granted to withdraw the appeal. Appeal is treated as withdrawn and is disposed of.
