Case called twice - Appellant not present.  So far steps not taken against the respondent/s to bring them before this commission.  Sufficient opportunities are provided inspite of that the appellant is continuously absent, hence, we consider that the appellant is not interested in continuing his case.  At the same time, we do not find any valid reasons to adjourn the matter.  As such the appeal is dismissed.

 

The amount in deposit in appeal shall be transmitted to the concerned District Consumer Commission to pay the same to the complainant.
