Since it is a stage of admission, we prefer not to wait for opponent No.2. When it is brought to the notice of revisionists that Shreepal Co-op. Hsg. Society is not a party to the proceeding and party is only the Administrator, who is perhaps an official administering the society and was brought on record in place of the Secretary in whose name earlier the complaint was filed. Again, at that time, Society was not party. Considering to this particular factual situation, Learned Counsel appearing for the revisionists wants to take curative steps adding the Society as party with proper description and therefore, he does not want to press this Revision Petition. In view of this submission, we pass the following order :- -: ORDER :- 1. Revision Petition is not admitted and disposed of accordingly as withdrawn. 2. Forum below shall give an opportunity to the revisionists, if they so desire to implead the Society as party. If such application is made, Forum below shall decide the same on its own merits. 3. Copies of the order be furnished to the parties. |
