            The complainant- along with his Ld. Advocate is present.

            The Ld. Advocate for the OPs   is also present.

            By a joint petition supported by affidavit, the Ld. Advocates of both sides state that the dispute regarding the ingress and egress of the car is being resolved amicably on practical demonstration as such to continue this instant proceeding has become redundant and prays for disposing of the case.

            Xerox copy of the Aadhaar card of the complainant and a sketch map have been filed.

Heard both sides.

 The problem of the complainant has been settled down with full and final satisfaction of the complainant and as the complainant is not willing to precede with the case anymore, so the case is disposed of .

            Accordingly, it is

                                                         ORDERED

that the Consumer Complainant No.  196/2021 be and the same is disposed of.

            Let a copy of this order be given to the parties on free of cost.
