          None present for the appellant.  Advocate Mr.Subodh Gokhale present for respondent, but he informed that respondent is dead.  He also informed this fact to the appellant on 23/11/2010.  Thereafter, time was granted to the appellant to take steps to bring legal heirs of deceased respondent on record.  Time was granted till today, but no steps have been taken by the appellant to bring legal heirs of deceased respondent on record.  As such appeal stands abated.
