ORDER

          Since 15.11.2013, the date fixed in the matter was declared as a Gazetted Holiday by virtue of Government of India O.M. No.12/10/2013-JCA-2 dated 11.11.2013, the case is being listed on the next working day, i.e., today.

          As per office report, notice in the application has been sent to respondents/non-applicants.  In view of the fact that the main appeal stands disposed of in favour of the appellant, the amount of `25,000/- deposited by the Union of India be refunded as per rules. 

Application stands disposed of accordingly.
