The amendment petition dt. 22/02/2019 filed by the complainant is taken up for hearing. Perused the said petition and the case record. Heard Ld. Lawyer of both sides. Considered.

By filing the present petition the complainant has prayed for changing the address of O.P. nos. 01 and 02 by way of amendment on the ground that O.P. no.s 01 and 02 have changed their address.

It appears that the proposed amendment is necessary and as such in should be allowed.

Hence,

            it is

                                          ORDERED

that the amendment petition dt. 22/02/2019 filed by the complainant is allowed. Amend the cause title of the petition of complaint accordingly. MA case no. 49/2019 is thus disposed of.
