Complainant    is absent    without any   step.   Opp. parties   are    present through    ld. counsel. The   case has been    fixed for    cross   examination of Cw  and    the complainant   was absent   on     several dates   and   in this   stage   case is   pending   for a   long     period    of time     excluding   the period   of covid   pandemic.  We are   of the view   that   complainant   is not   interested   to proceed    with   his case  , hence,   the case is   dismissed   for default.
