Ld. Advocate for the opposite parties submits that by filing this Misc. Application they have disclosed an amount for settling the dispute amicably.

In reply, Ld. Advocate for the complainant submits that the opposite parties have deviated from the proposal admitted by both the parties during pre-counseling on the earlier date.

So, the proposal given by the opposite parties today cannot be accepted by the complainant.

Therefore, the Misc. Application filed by the opposite parties stands rejected.
