HON’BLE JUSTICE SRI. K. SURENDRA MOHAN : PRESIDENT

No representation for any of the parties.  As per judgment dated 21.06.2018 this Commission had allowed this appeal with costs quantified and fixed at Rs. 10,000/- to be paid to the 1st respondent and had remanded the matter for fresh consideration by the District Forum.  In compliance with the order of this Commission the appellant had produced a D.D. before this Commission for Rs. 10,000/- in favour of the 1st respondent.  However, due to an inadvertent omission the judgement of this Commission was not communicated to the District Commission.

The D.D. produced by the appellant has expired.  The office shall therefore get the Demand Draft revalidated by the issuing bank.  Such revalidated D.D shall also be sent to the District Commission along with the judgment, for payment to the 1st respondent in compliance with the direction in this appeal.
