There was no representation for the complainant on 18.06.2024.  On that day, the complainant was directed to file affidavit in lieu of chief examination.  Thereafter, the case stood posted to this date.  Today also, there is no representation for the complainant.  No proof affidavit has also been filed.  On 09.12.2022 also, there was no representation for the complainant.  From the conduct of the complainant, we are satisfied that the complainant is not interested in prosecuting the matter.  In the said circumstances, we are inclined to dismiss this complaint for non-prosecution. 

In the result, this complaint stands dismissed for non-prosecution.
