The complainant Pabitra Pal along with his Ld. Advocate is present. Ld. Advocate for the OPs –Sriram General Insurance Company is also present and the said Company has given authorization to the Ld. Advocate to do the settlement of the consumer dispute of this case.

Heard both sides.  

Ld. Advocate for the OPs submitted that the matter in dispute has amicably been settled down in between the complainant and the OPs by paying a sum of Rs. 3,25,000/- only in favour of the complainant. The complainant  is agreed to that settlement.

Accordingly, it is

                                             ORDERED

that this case be and the same is disposed of on compromise.

OPs are directed to pay a sum of Rs. 3,25,000/- (Rupees Three Lakh Twenty Five Thousand only) to the complainant by an account payee cheque within 30 days from the date of receipt of this order.

Let a copy of this order be given to the parties on free of cost.
