Today, Sh.Rahul Rampal Sharma, Adv. Counsel for Complainant has given a statement that he had received a Cheque bearing No.060291 dated 31.1.2023 for amounting to Rs.13,48,000/- drawn on Axis Bank and the same got credited in the account of complainant, namely Dalbir Singh son of Sh.Surjit Singh. Hence, the complainant does not want to proceed further with the present complaint and same may kindly be dismissed as withdrawn.

So accordingly, In view of statement suffered by Ld. Counsel for the Complainant, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. File be consigned to the record room.
