ORDER

                    Sh. Rakesh Mohan Jain, counsel for the complainant has made the following statement, recorded separately: -                

                    “Due to technical defect, I do not press this complaint at this stage. It be dismissed as withdrawn. However, the complainant reserves his right to file a fresh complaint on the same cause of action after removal of the technical defect”.

                   In view of the aforesaid statement made by counsel for complainant, this complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the complainant would be at liberty to file a fresh complaint on the same cause of action after removal of the technical defect before the appropriate Authority/Court/Forum/Commission, as per law.

                   Certified copy of this order be communicated to the complainant free of cost. After compliance file be consigned.
