            Sh.Naveen Batra, Counsel for complainant has made the following statement, recorded separately:-

“Due to technical defect(jurisdiction), I do not press this complaint at this stage. It be dismissed as withdrawn. However, the complainant reserves his right to file a fresh complaint on the same cause of action before a Forum having jurisdiction over the matter.”

 

 

            In view of the statement made by counsel for complainant, this complaint is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file a fresh complaint on the same cause of action before a Forum having jurisdiction over the matter, as per law.
