Per  Shri  Sachin Y Shimpi, Hon’ble President.

Applicant has filed this execution application u/s.27 of Consumer Protection Act.1986.  O.P. has deposited and amount of Rs.2,29,000/- by way of  D.D.No. 030489 on dated 21.5.2019 and filed pursis on dated 1.6.2019 since that day the complainant and counsel absent.  Hence this Commission kept this matter for dismissal order on dated 23.10.2024. Today also the applicant and advocate are absent. Hence without prejudice the right of the complainant application is disposed of and accused is hereby acquitted.
