ORAL ORDER

Per – Hon’ble Mr. Justice R. C. Chavan, President

          Mr. Milind G. Kelkar, HRMS No.199004340, SDE (Genl.), representing the Appellants, is present.  He files letter of authority issued in his favour.  Adv. A. R. Patil is present on behalf of the Respondent.  Authorized representative of the Appellants makes a statement at the Bar to the effect that the Appellants are ready and willing to comply with the order under challenge passed by the learned District Forum, Sindhudurg.  Order under challenge was passed by the learned District Forum on 06/09/1999.  As per the said order, Appellants/original Opponents were under an obligation to comply with the said order within a period of one month.  The Appellants failed to comply with the said order within the stipulated period.  However, since now the Appellants have shown their readiness and willingness to comply with the said order, present appeal stands disposed of.  However, in addition to the amounts directed to be paid by the learned District Forum, the Appellants shall also pay notional costs of Re.1/- to the Respondent.  Appellants are permitted to credit an amount of Rs.501/- to the account of the Respondent.  Order accordingly.
