Learned advocate Mr.Joshi is present for the appellant and learned advocate Mr.S.K.Hatwar is present for respondent today and they have submitted that both appellant and respondent Nos.1 and 2 have arrived at settlement out side the Commission and are filed Terms and Conditions of settlement on record inrespect of the present appeal. Subsequently both the parties have filed the Terms of settlement on record and they are duly signed by the appellant as well as respondent Nos.1 and 2. Contents of the Terms of the settlement are read-over to the appellant as well as respondent Nos.1 and 2 in vernacular and they are admitted to be true and correct. Learned advocate for appellant and respondent Nos.1 and 2 have duly identified their signatures also. In view of the Terms of settlement on record appeal is hereby disposed of in Terms of settlement on record.
