Both parties appeared before the Commission. The advice given by this Commission vide letter No.MSCDRC.15/94/1 dated 13.12.1994 was accorded by both parties. The company will pay Rs.12,000/- to the complainant Shri. N.K. Khonglah, who is also present and who accepted this offer.
 
Payment will be made within 10(ten) days. Copy of the receipt to be submitted to the Secretary State Commission.
