           Advocate Ms.Manjushri Joshi is present for the appellant with authority letter. Appeal was filed by the appellant alongwith application for condonation of delay. Application was allowed by order dated 01/04/2019 with cost. There was direction to pay cost of Rs.5,000/- to the respondent No.1 within period of 30 days from the date of receipt of order. There was a specific direction to pay cost on or before adjourned date i.e. 02/05/2019. Till today cost of Rs.5,000/- is not paid by the appellant to the respondent No.1. Hence appeal is not entertained and disposed of.
