Per – Hon’ble Mr. Justice R. C. Chavan, President

Mr. Naresh R. Parab, Senior TOA (T) 198607119 is present on behalf of the Appellant.  Today he has produced on record envelope containing notice issued to the Respondent, which has been returned unserved with the postal endorsement to the effect that the Respondent is dead.  Representative of the Appellant, who in person is present today, states that the Appellant is not in a position to trace the legal heirs of the Respondent and also to take further steps to bring on record the legal heirs of deceased Respondent.  Hence, since the Respondent is dead, appeal stands disposed of.  No order as to costs.
