Per – Hon’ble Mr. Justice R. C. Chavan, President

          None present for the Appellant even on second call.  Today, the Appellant has failed to appear before this Commission without any sufficient reason. Moreover, Appellant has failed to take effective steps for service of notice to the Respondent No.1 through this Commission by furnishing correct present postal address of the Respondent No.1, in compliance of earlier order dated 29/04/2015, which was passed in presence of learned Adv. Smt. Amruta S. Bachal, instructed by Consulta Juris, who represented the Appellant before this Commission on the previous date.  Hence, the appeal stands dismissed for want of prosecution.  No order as to costs.
