          This is a complaint filed in 2003 and after filing it, complainant is not eager to take any steps.  It was lying unattended.  As per policy of this Commission, this undated complaint was placed before us on 13/07/2011 and then adjourned to 02/09/2011.  On that day, we had notified this complaint on our Notice Board and also on the Internet Board of this Commission.  On that day, on finding that both parties were absent, we directed office to issue notices to both the parties and accordingly, notices were sent to both the parties on 02/11/2011.  Notice served on opponent was returned unserved.  It appears that notice served on complainant is received by complainant and still complainant is absent.  There is no valid ground to adjourn this complaint.  Hence, we pass the following order :-

                   -: ORDER :-

1.       Complaint stands dismissed for default.

2.       No order as to costs.

3.       Copies of the order be furnished to the parties.
