ORDER   (Passed on 22.03.2013)       Per Smt Jayshree Yengal, Hon’ble Presiding Member       Appellant as well as none for the appellant is present.   The record reflects that notices to both the appellant and respondents were issued on 07.09.2012 and in response to which respondent Wasudeo appeared in person on last date. Since no report about service of notice to the appellant was received, it was awaited till today. However, office copy of the notice reflects that it has been issued to the appellant on the address given in the appeal memo. Therefore, it will have to be presumed that it is issued on correct address of the appellant but they are absent. Hence, this appeal deserves to be dismissed in default. Hence, it be kept back and recalled at the end of the board.       Matter is recalled at 1.22 p.m. but nobody for the appellant is present.       Hence, this appeal is dismissed in default.   No order as to cost.   Copy of this order be supplied to the parties.
