In spite of giving sufficient opportunity and even by imposing cost of Rs.500/- to the complainant to take steps against OPPOSITE PARTY by furnishing correct address complainant has not shown any interest and he is not even before this forum to represent. Hence taken as no interest to proceed with the case to the complainant and hence the complaint is dismissed for non prosecution.
