Respondent no.5, one of the complainants, states that he does not want to press the complaint which was filed before the State Commission and he withdraws the complaint. In view of the statement made by respondent no.5, the complaint filed before the State Commission stands dismissed as withdrawn. In view the above facts, since the complaint stands withdrawn, the appeal does not survive. The appeal stands disposed of as such. Statutory amount deposited by the appellant, if any, be released after the expiry of the period of filing of appeal or revision. Parties shall bear their own costs. Dasti.
