We have heard learned counsel for the parties.

          Learned counsel for the appellant, on instructions, submits that if the cost is reduced, then the appeal may be disposed of inasmuch as the amount to be refunded to the respondent is small one and this should be restricted to the case of the respondent without prejudice to the rights in respect of other similar cases.  In view of such concession, the cost of amount of Rs. 10,000/-, directed by the State Commission, is reduced to Rs. 2,000/- and the remaining part of the impugned judgment and order is kept in tact.  Appeal stands disposed of.

          The appellant to comply with the order within a period of four weeks. However, the interest would be payable, till the date of this order.
