Both these appeals are called at 1.00 p.m. for appropriate order as none appeared for the appellant on last five dates.  Adv. Mr S S Joshi is present for respondent No.1. Respondent No.2 already proceeded exparte. 

 

Perusal of the record & proceedings of both these appeals shows that advocate of the appellant had appeared before this Commission lastly on 25.07.2014. Thereafter though the appeal was adjourned on 20.09.2014, 12.05.2015, 06.06.2015, 18.08.2015 and 20.10.2015 none appeared for the appellant on those dates.  The appellant has not also filed Written Notes of Arguments in both these appeals.  On last date both these appeals came to be adjourned till this date for appropriate order. 

 

As the appellant has not appeared as above, both these appeals are dismissed in default.

Copy of the order be furnished to both parties free of cost.
