Counsels for Appellant, Respondent No.1 are present and files Joint Memo of Compromise.  Counsel for Appellant submits that, Respondent Nos.2 to 4 in Appeal No.1795/2023 are OPs in original suit.  Appellant and Respondent No.1 have filed Joint verifying affidavit.  We perused the compromise policy.  Accordingly found satisfied to record the Joint Memo and proceed to set aside the order dated: 04.09.2023 and 07.09.2023 passed in Criminal complaint Nos.447/2021 on the file of DCDRC, Belagavi, and close the proceedings as settled between the parties.  Accordingly Appeal Nos.1795/2023 and 1842/2023 which are arising out of the same order stands disposed-off.
