Called out. Counsel for the revisionist Sri Abhinav Mani Tripathi is present. None for the opposite party.

This review petition has been filed against the judgment and order dated 11.9.2023 passed in appeal no.863 of 2013. 

The revisionist has prayed to set aside the judgment passed in  Appeal no.863 of 2013 and be heard afresh.

This judgment is related to the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 under which there is no power of review. Hence, this petition is liable to be dismissed at this stage because this court has no power to review under the Consumer Protection Act, 1986.

          The review petition is dismissed.
