                   Sh. Gulshan Chawla, Advocate for the opposite parties.

                   File taken up before National Lok Adalat on an application moved by the learned counsel for the opposite parties. Learned counsel for the opposite parties suffered a statement that the matter has been settled with Complainant for full and final amount of Rs.3,25,000/- (Three lack twenty five thousand only). He further stated that opposite parties will make the settled amount within period of 60 days from the date of order failing which the opposite parties will be liable to make settled amount alongwith interest @9% PA from the date of order.

                   Learned counsel for the complainant has made a statement that he had heard the statement made by the counsel for the opposite parties and had no grievances against the respondents and the matter be decided in the light of statement made by the counsel for opposite parties. He further stated that the vehicle in the question was not under hypothecation.

                   In view of the statements made above by both parties, present complaint is hereby disposed off being settled with direction to the opposite parties to make the payment of alleged amount of Rs.3,25,000/- (Three lack twenty five thousand only) to the complainant within 60 days, failing which opposite parties shall be liable to pay interest @ 9% per annum from today i.e. 07.12.2023 till its realization to the complainant. Parties shall be bound by their respective statements. Copy of this order be supplied to the parties free of cost.

                        File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
