Heard Mr. A. K. Bandhopadhyay, the Ld. Advocate for the Revision Petitioner.  This revision application has been filed contending that the Forum is not having territorial jurisdiction as none of the O.Ps is located within the jurisdiction of the Forum below.  We have been told that on similar question application has been filed before the Forum itself and the matter is awaiting decision of the Forum.  At this stage we are not inclined to interfere on the present revision application and the Forum is at liberty to decide the said question in accordance with law.  The revision petition is dismissed.
