None present for both the parties. Perusal of R&P of the appeal shows that this Commission issued notices issued to the appellant and Resp. on 15/3/2014 for hearing on 7/5/2014, but the no report about service of notice is received. We presume that the notice is duly served to the appellant as it is issued on the correct address of the appellant as shown in the appeal memo. As the appellant failed to appear on last two dates and today also, the appeal deserves to be dismissed. Appeal be recalled at 3.00 p.m. for order.
