          None appears for the petitioner even on second call. In our view, the finding recorded by the District Forum as well as by the State Commission that the petitioner has recovered Rs.28,000/- in excess, after receipt of full and final payment. Thereafter, the vehicle was also recovered from the complainant unjustifiably. Considering this fact, the impugned order passed by the State Commission does not call for any interference. Hence, this Revision Petition is dismissed.
