O R D E R

S.C. KAUSHIK, MEMBER:

 

                    Today learned counsel for both the parties have appeared and stated at bar that the matter has been settled between the parties. Learned counsel for opposite parties has also brought into the notice of this Commission that on 20th January, 2023 he moved an application before this Commission for dismissal of the complaint which was accompanied with the full and final settlement affidavit-cum-undertaking. However, none appeared on behalf of complainant on that date to apprise of the fact about settlement. Today, learned counsel for complainant has also submitted his no objection about the abovementioned settlement.

2.                In view of the abovementioned discussion as well as in view of the consent of learned counsel for both the parties, present consumer complaint stands disposed off being full and final settlement.

3.                Application(s) pending, if any, stands disposed of in terms of the aforesaid order.

4.                A copy of this order be provided to all the parties free of cost as mandated by the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. This order be uploaded forthwith on the website of the Commission for the perusal of the parties.

5.                File be consigned to record room alongwith a copy of this order.
