Subhash Chander Vs. Vardhman

Present:       Sh. Gaurav Bhayana, Advocate for the complainant.

                   Sh. Jayveer Singh, Advocate for the Opposite parties.

                   File put up before Lok Adalat. Learned Counsel for the complainant suffered a statement that in above case full and final settlement has been effected with opposite party and filed settlement agreement Ex-RA. Hence, he withdraws the present case being fully satisfied.

                   In view of the statement made by the learned counsel for the complainant, present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn being settled and fully satisfied in Lok Adalat. Copy of this order be supplied to the parties free of cost.

                   File be consigned to record room after due compliance.
