The case has been called out for hearing the second time.  Still, no one appears for the Petitioner.  It is also reported by the office that despite sufficient opportunity, the defects pointed out have not been cured.  It appears that after filing the present Petition, that too through a Counsel, the Petitioner has lost interest in the case.

Under the circumstances, I am constrained to dismiss the Revision Petition for non-prosecution as well as in default.  Ordered accordingly.
