ORDER

When it was pointed out to learned counsel for the complainant that prima facie there appears to be lack of communality of interest in certain groups of members of association on whose behalf the complaint has been filed, learned counsel for the complainant seeks to withdraw this complaint with liberty to file fresh complaint taking care of communality of interest of the persons concerned. Liberty granted. Complaint is dismissed as withdrawn.
