ORDER

None appears for the appellant.

Respondent No. 1 is represented by Mrs. Swarnalata, learned counsel.

The learned counsel for Respondent No. 1 has submitted that the appeal be dismissed for default of the appellant on different dates i.e. from 07.12.2020 till today as fixed by the Commission for hearing of the case without showing any  cause for such default.

Having heard the learned counsel for respondent no.1 and on persusal of the records. It is evident that the appellant has been continuosly absent since 07/12/2020 without showing any cause. Moreover, the appellant has not yet filed the written argument vide order dated 07/12/2020 passed by the Commission. Consequently, we are of the view that the appellant is not interested in pursuing the present appeal and the same is, therefore, dismissed on default of the appellant.

First Appeal is disposed of.
