For the reasons stated in the application, order dated 10.04.2013 dismissing the revision petition for non-prosecution is recalled and the revision petition is restored to its original number.

            An out of Court settlement has been arrived at between the parties.  Copy of Memo of Understanding (settlement) arrived at has been put on record along with an application praying that the revision petition be disposed of in terms of the settlement arrived at.
