The case has been called out for hearing the second time.  Still, no one appears for the Petitioner.  As a matter of fact, vide order dated 03.05.2016 last opportunity was granted to the Petitioner Finance Company to file application for amendment of the Revision Petition, as was prayed for during the course of hearing on 12.04.2016.  So far no steps in that behalf have been taken by the Petitioner.    

Under the circumstances, I am constrained to dismiss the Revision Petition for non-prosecution as well as in default.  Ordered accordingly.
