The present revision petition has been moved under Section 58 1 (b) of the 2019 Act against the Order dated 05.04.2022 of the State Commission.

During the course of arguments, learned counsel has requested that he wishes to withdraw the petition and does not wish to press it any further.  It has also been requested that as the matter is of some consequence involving important issues, the State Commission may be directed to proceed with the matter expeditiously. 

In the wake of the submissions made the petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.  However, it is deemed expedient to make a request to the concerned State Commission to make an endeavour to proceed with the matter expeditiously and decide it at an early date.    

The Registry is requested to send a copy each of this Order to all parties in this petition and to the learned counsel for the petitioner as well to the State Commission within three days. The stenographer is requested to upload this Order on the website of this Commission immediately.
