We have heard learned counsel for the parties. Mr. Rahul Malhotra, counsel for the appellant seeks withdrawal of the appeal. He states that a review application filed by the appellant is pending before the State Commission and, therefore, the appeal is being withdrawn. Since the appeal is old one, we allow the withdrawal of the appeal subject to the payment of Rs.10,000/- to the respondents. The appeal is disposed of accordingly. We refrain ourselves from commenting on merits of review application and keep all the questions involved in the review application open.
